Smplicity Consulting a Salesforce Implementation Partner based in the UK is currently looking for a Salesforce Functional Lead in the United Kingdom.
The candidate should be able to manage a team of junior administrators, BA’s, and consultants to provide functional and technical solutions to our clients. You will have the chance to build relationships with clients in the Saas, Real Estate, Fitness, Courier, and other industries.
The role will be 100% remote based, but travel to the client site may be required occasionally.
What you Need:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience in delivering multiple Salesforce implementations in a lead role.
- Advanced functional Salesforce skills, across multiple products. Strong Sales and Service Cloud skills are a must.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced technical knowledge of multiple Salesforce products and proven experience leading successful complex implementations.
- Experience in solutioning, discovery, and project management in full life-cycle CRM engagements.
- Great team management skills.
- Salesforce Certification
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end projects by getting involved in all stages of the delivery – design, build, deployment, and training.
- Leading requirements gathering workshops with customers. Ability to provide guidance on implementation best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management. Leading regular scrum meetings with clients.
- Strength of presenting in a clear way to people with different technical knowledge.
- Ability to take initiative and helps our projects to the next level.
- Assisting and mentoring other team members. You are expected to help support junior members of staff and work as part of a team.
Bonus Points for:
- Hands-on Experience on CPQ, Pardot, or Experience Cloud will be an advantage
- Experience working in a consulting environment.
