CitySprint is the UK’s leading same-day courier service. During a period of business transformation, they decided to move from their old CRM system – which was complex, difficult to use, and full of poor data – to the Salesforce platform. The goal was to centralise many of the processes which had previously been operated by individual depots across the country. They had worked with another implementation partner but had failed to progress the implementation.
