Both organisations were using Salesforce but with different configurations and processes. The challenge they brought us was how to merge these Salesforce instances into one to support a single global enterprise and the whole business.

What we did

  • Established a Salesforce business process baseline across ITRS including a recent acquisition.
  • Used our Lead to Cash Accelerator model to create and validate a standardised end-to-end system for the new broader company.
  • Delivered a stable go live with over 90% adoption across its Salesforce community.
  • Sales reporting available to the leadership team on the platform in real-time – a significant improvement from the 2+ weeks it took to get the reporting ready previously.
