Wexer
Wexer is a leading brand in the digital fitness industry, with a mission to make world-class exercise more accessible through technology. Already largely successful, with over 10 million classes played in 2019 alone, they came to us with ambitions to scale the business. Although they had Salesforce in place, it wasn’t being used properly to give them the platform they required in order to grow significantly.
Goal
Connecting marketing, sales, and finance to deliver growth for Wexer
What we did
- Applied a strategic approach to Wexer’s Salesforce implementation to make it a platform that enables business growth
- Working with CMO, advised on a switch to Pardot to improve marketing capability and integration with sales
- Further incremental improvements to the platform have resulted in an increase in lead generation to a record-breaking level in the firm’s history, supporting their growth ambitions
- As a result, an ongoing partnership has developed to facilitate continuous improvement.
