We are excited to launch Smplicity’s very first Virtual Open Office. During this worldwide health crisis, the safety and well-being of our team members, clients, and families have been a priority. Despite the lockdown, we have been maintaining our services to our clients and as time evolved, we all need to adapt to the ‘new normal’.
Over the last few years, our knowledge and expertise around Salesforce have been developed by working on various projects across all Salesforce clouds including Business Transformation, Lead to Cash, Customer Retention, and Business as Usual Support across a variety of industries. The Smplicity’s Virtual Open Office will be running weekly every Wednesday from 3 pm to 5 pm GMT.
What can you expect?
The objective of the Virtual Open Office is to facilitate communication with Business Leaders, Entrepreneurs, and Leadership members around Salesforce. The CEO – Vinod Mistry and COO – Goolshun Belut will be available to respond to any queries you may have about Salesforce/Pardot/CPQ implementations, support packages, training, or any other aspects that might be hindering your growth.

One of my best decisions
We have worked with Smplicity for nearly two years. Our initial engagement with a much larger consulting partner did not go well and we had a major SF & telephony implementation and business change project to deliver. Smplicity understood our business culture and our relative inexperience. Quite simply, they got us over the line and their team put in long hours on-site to support us, really doing much more than was required of them.

We have just completed the first part of our project with Smplicity where we worked on improving the UI of the Salesforce platform.
So far, we’ve been dealing with a very knowledgeable team. Coming from a non-technical background, what’s really important to me is that someone holds my hand during the process as well as ensure that everyone involved in the project understands all changes and next steps.

Smplicity have been fundamental in helping us launch Pardot, integrate it more closely with Salesforce – as well as helping to manage the roll-out of Lightning – and the subsequent training – across the organisation.
